Privacy
policy.

Last updated: 13 September 2026

Flight School Darts and Worksop Junior Darts Academy (WJDA) are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses our services, especially junior players. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

We may collect names, contact details, session and progress records and, where relevant, photos or video taken during coaching sessions, training or events.

Junior players and parental consent

Personal information about a junior player under 18 is not made publicly available unless a parent or guardian has given explicit consent. This includes names, photos, video footage, progress data and other identifying information. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting us, and published content will be removed promptly upon request.

Photos and video

Photos and video taken during coaching sessions, events or promotional activity remain the property of Flight School Darts and WJDA. They may be used for coaching, internal review or marketing, but nothing involving a junior player is published publicly without prior parental authorisation.

How we use information

Information is used to deliver coaching, track player progress, manage bookings and communicate with players, parents and guardians. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data security and your rights

We take reasonable steps to keep personal data secure, with access restricted to authorised coaches and staff. Parents, guardians and adult players can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here. For questions about privacy or to make a data request, email darts@wjda.co.uk.
